The third target, Mr. Semih, escapes the trap and has Halil arrested by the police. Halil is convicted. Semih continues his dirty business. His only weakness is his daughter Gülben, who lost her mother at an early age. Halil rescues an elderly prisoner who is being forced to pay protection money in prison. Semih spends happy days with his daughter Gülben. However, the girl is unaware of her father's true identity. Halil is granted a ten-day furlough for good behavior.
