Assistir sete constituições Pobre TV. In the light of political debates, the film seeks to reflect on the historical paths of the seven Brazilian constitutions. Through fragments of films and archives, it proposes to anthropologically analyze some particularities of each constitution and its relations with nationalism, the state, democracy and power.
