Maribel, a voluptuous secretary who suffered the outrage, wreaked savage revenge: she amputated the leader's "member" and turned him over to the police. Today, he has served his sentence and is out of jail. Seeking to regain his prestige in the criminal world and longing to see the woman who mutilated him face to face, he reunites with his old colleagues with the intention of undergoing a delicate surgical procedure to implant "what was lost."
